Browse cables, networking equipment and connectivity accessories for a project, repeat requirement or one-off purchase. Trade, business and retail customers are welcome. For project quantities or a large-volume pricing enquiry, send us the product details, quantities and delivery requirements.
Order through the website
If you know the items you need, use the product pages to select the listed options and quantities, then review your basket and checkout summary. Check the product name, SKU, colour, length and pack or reel format before ordering.
Checkout shows the applicable goods, VAT, delivery and discounts before you submit the order. Order acceptance and availability are subject to our terms of sale.

Send a project or repeat-order enquiry
For several product lines, project quantities or a repeat requirement, email [email protected]. You can also use our contact form.
Include the exact products and quantities you are considering, together with the delivery postcode and required date. Ask us to confirm any quotation, supply position and delivery arrangements you need before placing the order.
A required date in an enquiry is a request. Stock and dispatch messages are estimates until the order is accepted; delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed under the applicable order terms.
What to include in your enquiry
A clear item list helps distinguish similar products and the quantity of each order unit. Please include:
- Product references: CableHQ SKUs or product-page links, with the selected colour, length, connector or other listed variant.
- Quantities and format: how many of each listed reel, pack or individual item you need. State the required cable length separately where relevant.
- Specification: the category, construction, connector, performance or compatibility requirements that must be met. Include any required classification or manufacturer reference rather than assuming similarly named products are equivalent.
- Delivery requirements: postcode, required date and any site access, unloading or delivery restrictions that need to be considered.
- Your contact details: name, business or organisation where relevant, and the email address for the enquiry.
Check suitability and delivery
Check critical capacity, compatibility, regulatory, environmental and installation requirements against current manufacturer documentation. Tell us the intended purpose and any essential requirements when asking for product advice. Use a suitably qualified installer where appropriate.
Delivery depends on the goods, destination and service. Pallets, cabinets, cut-to-length cable and special-order, heavy, bulky or restricted goods are outside the published standard rates and timings unless checkout expressly confirms them. Business account applications
You can apply for a business account after signing in to your customer account. The application asks for business and address details and is reviewed before approval. You can keep using your current account during that review; an approved application uses the same account and email.
A business account application does not automatically change the website prices. Contact sales about project pricing or terms that need to be agreed for a particular requirement.
